At IL Vicoletto we bring the best Italian dishes and recipes to the heart of Dublin to create authentic Central-Northern Italian cuisine. Our chef and management team go to great lengths to source the freshest local ingredients from vegetables, cheeses, fish, and our 28-day dry aged Angus beef. When we can't source local Irish products, we look to our Italian purveyors and import the finest oils, cheeses, herbs, and in season vegetables i.e.-tomatoes, artichokes. We take great pride in sourcing top quality products and letting our chefs showcase what authentic Central-Northern Italian cuisine is all about.
